SIA NexaServe was established in 2026 to support small, medium-sized and growing businesses operating in Latvia. The company brings management advisory together with practical knowledge of supply chains, procurement and operations.

The aim is to build long-term business relationships through transparent communication, considered recommendations and work shaped around each client’s priorities.

SIA NexaServe is founded and managed by Ali Haider, whose academic background is in business administration and supply chain management.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, SRH University, Germany.
  • Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), commenced at Teesside University in January 2026.

This academic foundation informs SIA NexaServe’s focus on strategic planning, supply chain operations, organisational development and business decision-making. The DBA is ongoing; it is not presented as a completed qualification.

How SIA NexaServe works

Consultancy can be scoped as an agreed project, an hourly engagement or a monthly service arrangement. Each engagement should begin with a conversation about the client’s business context, desired outcomes and appropriate scope.
